The CMO's Analytics Problem at $5M-$50M on Shopify

You walk into the Monday marketing meeting. Your ad platform dashboard says ROAS is 3.2x. Shopify's own analytics says something closer to 2.6x. Finance's P&L, built off actual net revenue after returns and discounts, says a number that matches neither.
